1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jiliko 747 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through jiliko-747.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations relating to online gaming;

2 Eligibility

To register and use jiliko 747, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. jiliko 747 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jiliko 747. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account with jiliko 747, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Specifically:

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and valid contact information. The use of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. jiliko 747 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jiliko 747 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, identity theft, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jiliko 747 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification: jiliko 747 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliko 747 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Declined Transactions: jiliko 747 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jiliko 747 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliko 747 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Modification: jiliko 747 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiliko 747 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time dealer actions. Results are final and binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jiliko 747 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jiliko 747 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system.
• jiliko 747 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliko 747 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jiliko 747 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliko 747 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jiliko 747 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Use the jiliko 747 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

jiliko 747 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.

jiliko 747's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

jiliko 747 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliko 747 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team. jiliko 747 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

13 Changes to These Terms

jiliko 747 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
